During my recent Christmas stay at Capital Hotel Saltillo, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and the charming atmosphere of this 4-star property. The room was exceptionally comfortable, providing me with a restful retreat after my culinary explorations around the city. The pressure of the shower was superb, perfect for refreshing myself after indulging in the hotel's generous breakfast offering, which included both continental and Mexican dishes that celebrated local flavors. While parking was available and accessible, I did notice the towels could use an upgrade in quality. Nonetheless, the friendly staff ensured that my experience felt personally tailored, responding eagerly to my inquiries about local gastronomy hotspots. The complimentary WiFi was a fantastic bonus, enabling me to share my experiences in real-time with friends and fellow food enthusiasts back in Oaxaca. Being in close proximity to Plan de Guadalupe International Airport made my travels even smoother, and I left with a treasure trove of culinary inspiration to carry back home. Capital Hotel Saltillo deserves a hearty recommendation for fellow food lovers and travelers seeking a comfortable and accommodating stay in the heart of the city.
